Sesame laddu

 The recipe is  an ancient recipe  with lots of health benefits. It also will  satisfy your cravings for sweet. The black  sesame has lots of iron in it. This recipe is made specially on vinayagar chathurthi.Kids will love this to maximum. Try this oil free sweet and give your family a amazing sweety snacks.

Ingredients

Sesame -1 cup 

Jaggery -1/2 cup

Grated coconut -4 tablespoons

Cardamom - 2

Method 

Wash and  sun dry the sesame to remove the dust and husk. In a heavy buttom pan dry roast sesame till the aroma comes. Let it cool completely.Cut  the Jaggery into small pieces. In a blender add roasted  sesame and pulse the blender 2-3 times. Now add the jaggery,grated coconut and cardamom and blend to a coarse mixture.Make the mixture into laddus .The sesame laddu is ready to eat. Enjoy a amazing sweet .
