Ingredients
Curry leaves -250 grams 
Dried red chilli-25
Toor dal-5 tablespoon
Pepper-3 tablespoon
Cumin-2 tablespoon
Hing-1/2teaspoon
Salt to taste 
Method 
Buy fresh curry leaves. It would be better if you use curry leaves from plant at home. 
Wash the leaves and drain the water. Dry it in shade till the leaves turn crispy.Dry roast the other ingredients one by one.Let them cool.Put all the items in mixer and make a fine powder.Add salt and hing powder.Mix them well for the salt to combine.Serve the curry leaves podi with gingely oil or ghee .Enjoy the yummy and healthy podi with idly,dosa and rice.Have it daily to get maximum health benefits.
