Rava kesari

The kesari is the simplest sweet made in home for all occasion.But we all have the habit of  adding colorful food color to it.It adds color to  kesari as well as effects our health. This kesari recepie is without any food color .A white yummy kesari.Try this and enjoy a healthy sweet. 


Ingredients
Rava - 1 cup
Sugar -1/2 cup
Cardamom -2 
Water required -250 ml
A pinch of salt 
Ghee-3 tablespoon
Cashews-10
Dry grapes -15
Method
In a pan dry roast the rava in low flame  till the aroma Comes.Transer to a plate. Boil some hot water and keep it  ready. Add the water to rava and cook for 3 minutes. Add the sugar to rava and mix well till the sugar  dissolves add a pinch of salt and cardamom  and cook for 2 minutes.In a tempering pan add 3 tablespoon ghee.Fry the cashews and dry grapes till golden brown.Pour the tempering over the kesari and mix. The yummy aromatic kesari is ready to serve.
