Multigrain wheat flour

Wheat flour is used often in our daily cooking.The store bought wheat flour contains preservatives and might be adulterated.All of us think that it is difficult task to make homemade wheat flour but it is very very simple process.The homemade wheat flour gives soft chappati and poori.Wheat flour is  also used in baking cake,cookies and bread.cook delicious food using homemade wheat flour.
Ingredients
Wheat grains - 2 kgs
White channa-1/2 kg
Dried maize-1/2 kg
Barley-250 grams 
Method
Wash the wheat grains to remove small stones and dust.Dry them under the sun for 4-5 hours till the moisture is dried completely.Add the other items and give to the flour mill for grinding.Grind it to a smooth powder.Store it in a air tight container for upto 6 months. If you want to increase the shelf life store in refrigerator. Stay healthy cooking  tasty food .
