Keerai Masiyal

Spinach has high fiber and iron content.Spinach should be included in our daily meal or atleast 3 times a week to have a balanced diet.All types of spinach are good for heath.This keerai masiyal is a yummy and easy dish that can be made in 15 minutes.It will be colourful and kids those who don't like spinach also will love to eat. 
Ingredients
Siru keerai or arai keerai- 1 bundle 
Green chillies-10-12
Onion -1
Mustard -1 teaspoon
Urad dal - 1 teaspoon
Hing -1/4 teaspoon 
Oil - 2 teaspoon 
Salt as required. 
Method 
Wash the spinach thoroughly in water. In a pan add water and then put  spinach.Add the green chillies and onion to it.Let it cook for 10 minutes. In a tempering pan add oil,Mustard let it crackle then add urad dal,Hing.Keep the tempering ready.Once the spinach is boiled transfer to mixer and grind it. It will mash so quickly. Don't Mash it too smooth.It will be better in taste if you use clay pot and mathu to mash it instead of mixer.Pour the tempering over the mashed sipanch. The spinach masiyal is ready to serve. You can enjoy this spinach masiyal with hot  rice and chapathi.While eating with rice add a teaspoon of ghee the taste will be extraordinary.
